Just want to say a big thank you for the Gold memorial ashes box you made for me, it is absolutely beautiful, when it arrived and I opened it I cried, just seeing how beautiful it looked from the wording I had done to her picture I just can not put into words what I felt when I first saw it. I had searched the internet for 12 weeks for an urn for my mothers ashes until I came across your website and I am so glad I did. Everyone who has seen it has said the same, how beautifully made it is and how stunning it looks, it does not look like the typical urns/ashes caskets you get elsewhere. It truly is one of a kind, the design just looks so stylish and so classy, its just so perfect. It is something I will treasure forever, thank you so so much God bless you xx

Oh my goodness, I received my box yesterday and words cannot describe how I felt when I opened it.
It is beautiful and perfect for keeping all the little gifts and many cards my daughter and her partner received for Olivia.
I have decided not to wait until Mother’s Day to give it to my daughter as this is something so beautiful it can’t wait.
Once again thank you, Olivia will always be treasured and never forgotten and when she has brothers or sisters or both!! her mum and dad can spend many precious moments going through her keepsake box with them and they too will know just how special this little girl is to all of us. I’m getting a bit emotional now but again a great big thank you!!!!

I didn't see them until they were actually opened as they were so beautifully packaged so it was lovely for all of us. We recommend choosing up to 25 photos, but if you would prefer to use more, please ask for more information as bespoke sizes and combinations are available.
Ordering is simple, just send us your favourite pictures along with any guidance or special notes and, when it is ready, we will email you a design preview for approval prior to manufacture.
This way we can ensure your collection is just perfect.
The design can include a few personalised words of your own choice, although usually placed at the foot of the images it can appear almost anywhere depending on the design. Typically this would be a person's name.
You can send us pictures by email if they are from a digital camera or scanned images.
It is important to remember that when printing images at this size the higher the quality and size of the original image we receive the better the result. High definition/megapixel images from a modern digital camera produce the best results. This does not necessarily mean that older images are not usable, in this case send us scanned copies of the images that you have and we can advise you about what results may be possible.
If you cannot email your images please contact us at info@pictureproud.co.uk and we will contact you to make an alternate arrangement. You can post us a print of the photo for our experts to scan and your original photo will be returned with your order delivery.
When posting photos to us it is advisable that you use a secure method of posting to ensure your photos reach us safely.
